It's made from our exclusive 6X premium felt blend fabric, offering a substantial feel and maintaining its shape in both sunny and rainy weather. Like all hats made in our Texas factory, each Rancher cowboy hat undergoes over 100 processes during production to ensure its durability. The hand-stitched genuine leather sweatband and full satin lining provide a durable and comfortable wearing experience.
